It is accomplished through a combination of many different continuous policies, laws, denial of indigenous status anywhere in the world, conditioning and racial guilt indoctrination, miscegenation propaganda, feminism and a host of other things. It encompasses every White country, with those few that resist under increasing pressure to allow their demographics to get irrevocably changed through an unending supply of foreigners. Notable countries attempting to resist international pressure are Hungary¹ and Poland.²

Western countries have the lowest overall fertility of any region in the world.³ Although they are outdone by some individual exceptions, notably East Asian countries, Whites are the only major racial group that is under imminent threat of disappearance. This is due to the mass migration that has been forced on White countries, which has placed them in a race against time to decide on a course of action whilst they still have the political means to do so. By the year 2100, almost every formerly White majority country will lose it's historical ethnic majority status. For the first time in history, nations will have allowed themselves to be demographically overtaken by a foreign population without any resistance. Furthermore, it will be the first time a government has forced its citizens to accept such a takeover without allowing them to put forth any such resistance, actively preventing them from doing so even.

Intent

Demographic replacement of Ethnic European White People is an undeniable documented fact backed by every statistic in existence that even relates to the subject. The only thing that makes White Genocide a "conspiracy theory", according to modern authorities on the subject is the supposed lack of intent behind it. To be clear, there is no doubt that there IS intent, that much is obvious to everyone and even leftists don't usually deny it. What they do deny is that the intent is morally virtuous, not harmful to White people, not malicious in its application to Whites exclusively, or if you press them long enough you'll inevitably encounter the now infamous progression of arguments for proponents of demographic replacement. 

1. It's not happening (easily disproven by any number of statistics)

2. It's happening, but it's a natural byproduct of policies that couldn't possibly be foreseen (disproven by the fierce response to any opposition to demographic replacement attempted by concerned Whites)

3. It's happening, but its necessary to maintain the greedy lifestyle of lazy Whites (Disproven by the fact that it continues even when Whites explicitly vote to end it)
4. It's happening, it will result in Whites disappearing, and they deserve it for their past historical actions. (The final concession and embracing of the antiwhites hatred of Whites. (Despite the historical actions lacking context, framing them as a unique evil only perpetrated by Whites, being completely exaggerated, outright lies, or totally reversing the actual moral framing of the incident)
