12 12  <p>In much of the west, discrimination against White people is rampant. It's primarily directed at White men, but to a lesser extent, and increasingly, White women are affected as well. Discrimination often takes the form of Employment based discrimination, or “Positive Discrimination”. The problem with that line of reasoning is that it isn't just one minority group that is set to receive the positive discrimination, its all groups except White men often times. At this point it is no longer positive discrimination, its just antiwhite practices. The fact that it's celebrated makes it all the worse.&nbsp;</p>
